Wyspa Institute of Art invites you for the opening days of Alternativa 2012, a project that seeks diverse modes of knowing and explores possible ways of being and acting in contemporaneity. This year’s programme comprises two exhibitions, entitled respectively Materiality and Wyspa. Now is Now.

In the prestigious spaces of Palazzo Albrizzi in Venice started Ruoli Segreti e Ruoli Proibiti / Hidden & Forbidden Identities, an international videoart festival and photography exhibition which opened the doors on February the 11th with a musical interlude by Enzo Caroli and Simone Rocchi. Fifty-one video artists and twenty-eight photo artists from thirty different countries has been selected to be part of this project. The project has been curated by Luca Curci and Elis Saint Juste and organized by International ArtExpo and The Seven.

is pleased to announce an exhibition entitled California Realism, featuring works by Robert Bechtle, Christopher Brown, John Register and Wayne Thiebaud. The exhibition will feature a selection of prints by each artist ranging from notebook sized 6 x 6 inch etchings to larger scale 38 x 40 inch lithographs.
