Feedback release: LIQUID ROOMS – THE LABYRINTH | Venice 2016
Venice Art House, Venice: February 06, 2016
LIQUID ROOMS – THE LABYRINTH, Venice International photography, painting, installation, video art and performance art festival, is hosted in Venice, at Venice Art House Gallery, from February 06 to March 06, 2016.
During the opening of the event, on February 06, 2016 at Venice Art House Gallery, many visitors attended the show, with a rich presence of artists involved, live performances and videos’ premiers.
The event is a unique exhibition path hosted in Venice in two different venues: Palazzo Ca’ Zanardi and VENICE ART HOUSE Gallery, from February 04 to March 06, 2016, that is a mix between contemporary art show and art residency. LIQUID ROOMS – THE LABYRINTH is the first one and consists in the collective show, hosted from February 04 to March 06, 2016 in the common area of VENICE ART HOUSE Gallery. LIQUID ROOMS – THE LABYRINTH is part of “Behind the Mask“, official event of Venice Carnival 2016 (February 04-21, 2016).
The event is curated by Arch. Luca Curci (director of International ArtExpo and It’s LIQUID Group) and Andrea Chinellato (director of Venice Art House and Ca’ Zanardi).
LIQUID ROOMS – THE LABYRINTH is an invitation for artists to explore their intimate self and to analyze the relationship between man and space (private and/or public). The exhibition has a dual-layered format which expresses the urban nature of the city of Venice (with all its labyrinthine streets) and the inner labyrinths of our identities. Opening the doors of their rooms to visitors and crossing the exhibition path through the different venues, artists and audience will disclose and explore the intimate part of their art and beings.
