Alexander Wang AW 2015 campaign

Presented at Pier 36 in New York city, the Alexander Wang FALL 2015 collection draws inspiration from the hard edge sensibility of goth & heavy metal subcultures. The hardcore elements of the collection were balanced everywhere with softer touches.

The mostly black collection combines metal rock band motifs & Victorian-era influences in covetable urban wardrobe stapels & archetypes of street wear. This inspiration translated into a riot of metal trims, chains, buckles, and even knits.

Set in an industrial space, the FALL 2015 campaign includes models Anna Ewers, Molly Bair, Binx Walton, Lexi Boling, Hanne Gaby Odiele, Sarah Brannon & Isabella Emmack, with singer Alice Glass & dance duo Ayabambi. Photographed by Steven Klein, with creative direction by Pascal Danign, styling by Karl Templer & set design by Stefan Beckman.
