Betül Kurt – Ceramic design

Betül Kurt, The George Washington 1998 alumni, lives in Turkey near the cost of Mediterranean sea.  As an artist, I always consider my art is my only way to express my deepest feelings and only way to reach the highest artistic intelligences for creating something fabulous that honour myself to be a part of the universe.

My artworks represent the natural beauty of simplificative forms with the minimal expression to the maximal understanding. I force myself to create a design to reach the golden ratio, the divine proportion, the Phi, as the nature itself.

Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.
