Ubrique, “The town of leather“, offers many guarantees, but only three or four of the hundreds of workshops located here are extremely focus to detail. Café Leather Supply is proud to be part of one of them. They use Premium Vegetable Tanned Leather. Its process is the most natural and environmentally respectful way, avoiding the use of chemicals to low production cost. One of the main characteristics of their vegetable tanned leather is that the pores are left open, allowing the leather to transpire and create a unique and beautiful patina over time. Their tanners use different natural tannins from trees like Acacia or Quebracho, keeping the secret of this process from generation to generation.
