Call for Artists: FUTURE IDENTITIES | UK
IT’S LIQUID INTERNATIONAL VIDEO ART FESTIVAL

It’s LIQUID Group, in collaboration with International ArtExpo, is selecting all interesting experimental video and short film works to include in the next 2016 exhibition:

FUTURE IDENTITIES, It’s LIQUID International Video Art Festival, curated by Arch. Luca Curci (director of It’s LIQUID and International ArtExpo), will be held at The Underground Cinema, a pop up cinema programme run by Nucleus Arts in Chatham, Kent (UK).
It’s LIQUID International Video Art Festival will be presented on March 16, 2016, from 06:00 to 08:00 PM, as part of the events “Wetlands”, curated by Nadia Perrotta.

FUTURE IDENTITIES festival is focused on the relationship between body and space, and the hybridization between identities and cultural/physical/social/urban settings in contemporary time. Everyday we meet and deal with a multitude of different identities and roles, creating and modifying our social/cultural/physical identities in prospect to shape a better world. The festival aims to conduct a research and to offer to artists and audience a 360° experience about the body, conceived not only as a material organic system connected to space, but also as an evolving organism with peculiar sensations, feelings and characteristics.

 Deadline for applications is February 21, 2016  (11.59 PM of your local time).

Selection is open to artists, architects and designers, photographers, filmmakers, video makers, associate groups and studios are invited to submit their works of video art and short film. To take part in the selection, send your works’ submission with a CV/biography, some still images, links of videos/films via e-mail to lucacurci@lucacurci.com
 
Deadline for applications is February 21, 2016  (11.59 PM of your local time).

Artists interested in taking part in our shows, are free to be sponsored and supported by institutions, organizations, governments and their representers; the logos of their sponsors will be included in all the communication (digital and print) of the events. Artists are free to take part in one or more of the programmed events.
