ITSLIQUID Group is pleased to announce the open call for MIXING IDENTITIES, first event of SENSES ART FAIR 2023, international exhibition of photography, painting, video art, installation/sculpture and performance art, which will take place in Rome, at ITSLIQUID Art Space – Rome, from September 15 to September 28, 2023.

The concept of MIXING IDENTITIES is based on the reconstruction of new identities: their transformation is essential to face the changes of the contemporary world. The process of building ourselves passes through the continuous relations with other people’s identities and the identities of communities, cultures and societies. The event focuses on the human body as a changing system that connects us with other bodies and spaces to perceive the surrounding reality, a strong communication system with its own language and infinite ways of expression. We invite artists to analyse the hidden parts of our identities, through an immersive experience inside the fascinating universe of the complex labyrinths of our consciousness.

Starting from paintings, through photography and cinematographic film, exploring the human body and the digital world, the senses are the creatives’ common ground, the core and the essence through which they can express themselves. SENSES ART FAIR is about exploring and experimenting with new hybridizations, and creating new possible worlds while sharing a hub for dialogue, unity, and exchange among artists, architects, designers, critics, public and private institutions, and art enthusiasts.

SENSES ART FAIR offers artists and exhibitors a unique chance to showcase their artwork to a global audience of professionals, including curators, gallery owners, collectors, editors, and publishers who actively seek to acquire, publish, and support the most talented contemporary artists.

SENSES INTERNATIONAL ART FAIR consists of 2 main events:

– MIXING IDENTITIES from September 15 to September 28, 2023

– FUTURE LANDSCAPES from December 01 to December 14, 2023

The participation includes the following services
– exhibition space dedicated to the artist’s works
– assisting with customs formalities, international shipping and local transport
– assisting in finding accommodation
– the design and printing of invitation cards, posters
– the global and local press office, publicity, press, banners, totem, etc.
– the realization of the exhibition website and dedicated press releases
– mounting and dismounting of the exhibition
– exhibitions opening event with drinks and food
– a dedicated interview published on ITSLIQUID website and spread on our social networks
– providing services and drinks for small meetings at the exhibition places for invited guests

On the same days, we will present ROME EXPERIMENTAL Video and Performing Art Festival 2023, an art event dedicated to video and performance art, where artists are invited to analyze the hidden parts of our identities, through an immersive experience inside the fascinating universe of the complex labyrinths of our consciousness. Click here to learn more about it!

ITSLIQUID Group continues to shape international art experiences, building a solid platform to exhibit, grow, and gain visibility within contemporary culture, while supporting and promoting the creative journey of each participant. Our projects are designed to encourage dialogue and experimentation, offering space for both emerging and established talents.

The number of works you can submit is unlimited. Participation in the art show requires an entry fee only for selected artworks. Participation is open to artists, architects and designers, associate groups and studios.

Artists and architects interested in taking part in our shows are free to be sponsored and supported by institutions, organizations, governments and their representatives; the logos of their sponsors will be included in all the communication (digital and print) of the events.
