ITSLIQUID Group is pleased to announce the open call for ROME EXPERIMENTAL 2022 – 2nd Edition, a one-night event of video and performance art, curated by Luca Curci, that will be held in Rome at Soho House, on September 27, 2022.
We invite artists, performers, dancers, video makers and filmmakers to be inspired by the magical power of Rome, to analyze the hidden parts of our identities, through an immersive experience inside the fascinating universe of the complex labyrinths of our consciousness.
ROME EXPERIMENTAL 2022 is focused on the relationship between body and space, and the hybridization between identities and cultural/physical/social/urban settings in contemporary times. People, backgrounds, societies, progress, cities and all their inputs create hybrid identities, modifying each other and being mixed in prospect to shape a better world.
The human body is a changing system that connects us with other bodies and spaces to perceive the surrounding reality: a strong communication system with its own language and infinite ways of expression.

Soho House & Co was founded in London, in 1995, as a private members’ club for those in the film, media and creative industries. They have since expanded to include Houses across Europe and North America, as well as restaurants, cinemas, spas, workspaces and hotels. Soho House is a place for diverse membership to connect, grow, have fun, and make an impact. From the beginning, and throughout our 25-year history, members have always been at the heart of everything they do.
The number of works you can submit is unlimited. Participation in the art show requires an entry fee only for selected artworks. Participation is open to artists, performers, dancers, video makers and filmmakers.
Artists interested in taking part in our shows, are free to be sponsored and supported by institutions, organizations, governments and their representatives; the logos of their sponsors will be included in all the communication (digital and print) of the events.
