Covid 19 Protection 1 1

COVID-19 Protection Concept Spain – ITSLIQUID Group

The health and safety of our staff and visitors are of predominant importance to ITSLIQUID Group. This Protection Concept governs how we intend to operate after the lockdown has ended, the rules that will be applied inside the exhibition spaces and how these will be implemented in practice.

All the COVID-19 Recommendations of the Government will be applied at ITSLIQUID exhibition venues. The Protection Concept will be regularly updated in line with the latest scientific findings and operational factors. Especially important are the following:

1. Wear a mask
Staff and visitors are asked to use respiratory protection in closed spaces that are accessible to the public, and in any case on all occasions when the maintenance of a safe distance cannot be guaranteed.

2. Hand hygiene
Visitors are asked to disinfect their hands on arrival. Staff are asked to do the same both on arrival and before and after every break. There will be flyers and brochures laid out for visitors to take. Visitors in the exhibition space are kindly asked to touch only those items they intend to take.

3. Social distancing
All visitors are kindly requested to observe the recommended distance of 2 metres apart throughout their visit. No more than 12 people (visitors and staff) are allowed in the exhibition venue at any one time.

4. Events
As we are bound by social distancing rules, there will be no guided tours or workshops for the time being.

5. Cleaning
Cleaning crews shall be equipped with personal protective equipment (gloves, poss. masks) and suitable cleaning products. Frequently touched surfaces shall be regularly disinfected.

6. People at especially high risk
Visitors who belong to an at-risk group are kindly asked not to visit the exhibition at present. It is their responsibility to be conscious of their vulnerability and act accordingly. ITSLIQUID staff who belong to an at-risk group shall continue to work from home and shall be protected against potential risks.

7. People with COVID-19 at the workplace
Employees who feel unwell shall stay at home and contact their doctor by telephone to discuss how to proceed.
