Dune by Smarin

A lounge chair to create your own indoor or outdoor landscape. Made out of foam of different densities for perfect support, Dune consists of many modules with soft and rounded shapes that hug the body and invites you to read, sit and dream. Fully flexible, it comes in many colors and natural materials.

Created by Stephanie Marin, one of the designers behind Smarin, this project was for the owners to be able to create and keep their own landscape even when the sunny summer days are long gone. Each chair is shaped differently, with some resembling gently sloping hills and others that look more like clouds.

Dune multiplies the possibilities of composition for forming an island of comfort that is limited only by the imagination: its generous dimensions allow to sit, lie down, to curl up in various positions, alone or with others. Besides, Dune is made up of four different sized and shaped modules that you can mix and match into a spot for relaxation.
