The world’s only headset with a built-in vacuum tube preamp stage and dual-mono amplification

Designed with a signal path architecture typically reserved for high-end rack systems, yet unheard of in headphones, the écoute audio TH1 is a complete hi-fi system engineered into a portable headset. At the heart of the écoute TH1 is a built-in, next-generation vacuum tube preamp. Renowned for delivering natural tones and lifelike vocals, the vacuum tube preamp adds a touch of analogue warmth and depth even to digital signals.

This world-first innovation in a headset provides a level of realism that redefines what headphones can achieve. The combination of a built-in DAC and dual-mono amplification creates a superior, immersive listening experience by ensuring complete channel isolation and eliminating crosstalk.

The DAC independently processes the left and right audio channels, enhancing separation and creating a well-defined soundstage with clear distinctions between vocals and individual instruments. Dual-mono amplification elevates stereo performance by powering each transducer independently, delivering a spacious, more dimensional listening experience.

Offering a level of customization far beyond a standard EQ, the écoute audio app gives listeners the ability to custom-tune their headphones by directly adjusting the frequency response curves in the headset’s firmware.
