Priya Panse

Priya Panse is an architectural designer whose work explores the relationship between architecture, landscape, and regenerative urban futures. With a background in architecture and inclusive design, her projects investigate the adaptive reuse of industrial structures and the creation of atmospheric architectural environments. Through conceptual architectural renderings and speculative design research, she explores how existing infrastructures can be transformed into contemporary cultural and civic spaces. Priya currently works on hospitality and mixed-use developments in New York while continuing her independent exploration of conceptual architecture and regenerative design strategies.

Silo Nord explores the transformation of industrial infrastructure into a new civic landscape. The project reimagines a defunct grain silo complex as a vertical system of regeneration – where architecture, memory, and landscape converge. Rather than erasing the monumental concrete silos, the proposal preserves their sculptural presence while inserting transparent glass volumes that introduce light, circulation, and new public programs.

These interventions transform the rigid industrial structure into a dynamic spatial experience, allowing the building to evolve from a closed industrial artifact into an open cultural environment. The project proposes architecture as a process of renewal – where existing structures are not demolished but reinterpreted. By integrating contemporary forms with the historic industrial framework, Silo Nord demonstrates how adaptive reuse can create new relationships between architecture, landscape, and public life.
