A Symphony of Healing

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and recently moved to Milan, Italy with my family. My journey as an artist began amidst the isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic in Los Angeles, a culmination of a life rich with challenging and transformative experiences. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, my path has been deeply personal, a testament to resilience and the power of self-discovery. My art is an intimate expression of my journey through childhood trauma, the lingering effects of sexual abuse that led to social isolation, and a lifelong quest for belonging. Without support during that vulnerable time, I felt trapped, believing myself worthless. Yet, I survived. I developed street-smart resilience, a necessary armour to navigate the world and protect myself.

Fueled by an insatiable curiosity and a wish for healing, I dedicated myself to various practices, becoming a Master in macrobiotic cooking, Reiki, yoga, and Feng Shui. Each of these disciplines, centred on balance and harmony, has deeply influenced my artistic expression. My creative process is intuitive and organic. A canvas, often initially shrouded in grey, becomes a stage for a symphony of colors to emerge. I have a starting point only when working with jute, which requires hundreds of meters of material. Otherwise, inspiration strikes at the moment, guiding my hand. Interestingly, my work is rarely dramatic or dark. It unfolds organically, often surprising me. Only after completion do I spend days contemplating the piece, allowing memories and emotions to surface and integrate.

Through my art, I strive to communicate strength, playfulness, and deep emotion. I embrace a diverse range of mediums – sand, dried and plastic flowers, miniature cars, rope, crystal dust, and more – which allow me to express my inner world without limitations. Drawing inspiration from Feng Shui principles of color and composition, meditation, and the integration of past memories, I engage in a dialogue with the canvas. Forms emerge organically, and colors are chosen intuitively, guided by an inner compass.

My art powerfully represents personal transformation: self-affirmation, love, self-care, and the unwavering determination to break free from the confusion and sorrow of the past and ultimately achieve the freedom to love.

The passing of my mother was the catalyst for this artistic awakening. In her absence, she ignited the dormant artist within me. My first piece, “Knots in My Soul,” was born from this profound loss. It is a testament to the complex tapestry of grief, healing, and the enduring power of love.

In 2021, my career as an Emerging Artist started. In 2022 I was featured by the Saatchi Art Collective Collection, and I sold one painting, “Yellow String with Red Heart,”. I sold privately to collectors in Los Angeles, New York, Memphis, West Hollywood, Pennsylvania, and Milano. In 2023 I moved to Italy with my family. In 2024 I participated in a Collective Show Through Art Luxury Gallery in Milan (I sold one Artwork). In 2024 I also participated in another Collective show organized by DivulgArti, Galleria Cael.
In 2024 I was featured in Artist CloseUp #25.
