Feedback release: VENICE INTERNATIONAL ART FAIR 2019

ITSLIQUID Group, in collaboration with VENICE EVENTS and Ca’ Zanardi, is delighted to announce the brilliant result of Venice International Art Fair 2019 that took place in Venice at the Art Gallery THE ROOM Contemporary Art Space and at Palazzo Ca’ Zanardi, curated by Arch. The openings have been attended by many guests, art lovers and curators: an incredible success, where the live performances have created an enchanting atmosphere! The choreographers Kerrie Doyle & Harry Fulleylove let us live the suspense of a dream and explore our unconsciuosness, through the performance “The (mis)Interpretation of Dreams”. This self-exploration was connected also to Alia Montijo‘s performance “Return to source”, where the relationship between body and paint was based on principles of Quantum Specifically.
This mystic scenery has been enhanced by the talks of Heli Kaikkonen, designer of “Flowering Ocean”, and Marija Koneska, “To persist!” collage’s creator, at THE ROOM Contemporary Art Space, where they have spread their artistic streak and given a preview of their forthcoming art projects. A significative contribution has also been given by Azadeh Avije‘s “Pleasure Principle”, a photographies series in which she has illustrated how she perceives the world in its simplicity and complexity. THE ROOM Contemporary Art Space has represented also the fitting location for Paulien Huizinga‘s photos: “Ariadne – Goddess of Passion” and “Ate” have made a breathtaking effect on visitors. Some of the main representative artists in Palazzo Ca’ Zanardi have been Catarina Coelho, with her colourful paintings “The Artist’s Brain”, and the Synergy Group, five dynamic female artists who fight for promoting peace, understanding, cultural and religious tolerance in a multi-cultural world.

Venice International Art Fair 2019 analyzes the relationship between body and space, and the hybridization between identities and cultural/physical/social/urban settings in contemporary time, through two main sections: LIQUID ROOMS and FUTURE LANDSCAPES.
LIQUID ROOMS analyzes the hidden parts of our identities, through an immersive experience inside the fascinating universe of the complex labyrinths of our consciousness. The human body is a changing system that connects us with other bodies and spaces to perceive the surrounding reality; a strong communication system with its own language and infinite ways of expression.
FUTURE LANDSCAPES are abstract, infinite and conceptual, associated with a sense of freedom and infinite extension. Primarily experienced with the mind, spaces redefining their limits and borders, transforming surfaces in open flow of pure ideas. This section focuses on the concept of the borders and the structures between body, mind and soul, the human identity and the city, the space and the ground.
