FURN OBJECT

People are talking a lot about diversity and uniqueness today, yet giving preference to practical and utilitarian things. Minimalism and functionality conquered the world by making life easier, while slowly vanishing authenticity and self-expression.

FÜRN OBJECT is the encouragement to search for something that is truly yours. The invitation to prioritize aesthetics beyond function, yet still get a feeling of convenience. Created with curiosity, each FURN OBJECT is an emotion that has been experienced and then materialized in a playful interior piece by designers Anna and Sergei Baierzdorf. They love playing with complex knots and experimenting with new techniques, shapes, and textures. It gives each object a special distinctive character.

LIQUID TABLE

The LIQUID TABLE combines a minimal silhouette with hand-crafted metallic details. While working on this piece, the designers found inspiration in the versatility of metal, its visual qualities, sound, and physical properties. This prompted them to create an object that seems to dissolve in space, sparkling in the sunlight like a water surface. The table is made of stainless steel and consists of three round tabletops hand forged using the chasing metalwork technique, giving them a textured surface. The chasing is also applied to three textured table legs standing atop smooth spheres. It creates a cohesive silhouette and makes the entire surface equally radiant.

PROWLING LOUNGE CHAIR

PROWLING LOUNGE CHAIR has a special character and creates a sense of stability and sophistication. The object’s stylish minimalistic silhouette consists of simple geometric shapes and complex connections. Three curved tubes create a frame that encloses the massive seat and serves as legs, back and armrests. The way the components of this object are attached creates an impression of them barely touching each other. Every part of the chair is covered in soft velvet fabric with utmost care. Due to its conciseness, the chair is easy to fit into any interior – from strict minimalistic to rich eclectic ones. A wide variety of colours will help with that – you can pick yours in our catalogue. The PROWLING LOUNGE CHAIR is not only a design piece. It’s a truly comfortable interior object.
