Perfect Your Workspace

Hexcal, a pioneering technology company, is at the forefront of revolutionizing the ubiquitous computing age by leveraging cutting-edge advancements in technology. In an era where the electricity age, internet age, and AI age have shaped our lives, people are now seeking technologies that can be used in a more general, advanced, and automated way to enhance their overall life experiences. “At Hexcal, our dedication lies in shaping a future where technology serves and enhances the essence of human life, love, and unity. Our goal is to create innovative technological solutions that empower individuals and foster connections on their unique journeys.” Edward H. Luke, Founder of Hexcal.

Inspired and driven by the possibilities of ubiquitous computing, Hexcal is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation. The name “Hex-” symbolizes the hexadecimal numeral system, widely used in computer science, representing the bridge that connects human beings and cybernetic entities. “-cal” as a suffix for a certain subject signifies Hexcal’s commitment to continuous research on the relationship between humans and cyber technologies. Returning to 2015 at Imperial College London, Hexcal achieved a groundbreaking milestone by developing the world’s first wearable Parkinson’s disease diagnosis device, contributing to a healthier future. Subsequently, Hexcal shifted its focus to terminal devices with self-sustaining power capabilities, from Project Monolith to Project Ark (Hexcal Studio).

As power terminals hold the key to unlocking the full potential of the ubiquitous age, Hexcal recognizes that power forms the foundation for leveraging computational power and advanced sensors to better understand human beings. “Power terminal is the key to advanced artificial intelligence,” stated Edward H. Luke, the founder of Hexcal, system architect, inventor and artificial intelligence scientist. “The dedicated level of a terminal device is exponentially proportional to its power supply level but inversely related to the device’s accessibility.” At Hexcal, we are committed to shaping a more imaginative, brighter, and eco-friendly technological future. Through our relentless pursuit of innovation and user-centric design, we aim to create a world where technology seamlessly integrates with human experience, empowering individuals to thrive in the ubiquitous computing age.

Hexcal is at the forefront of redefining the very essence of work. In today’s society, work is not just a process; it is the catalyst that drives results. As desk-based work takes center stage as one of the most vital sources of production, we recognize the need for change in order to advance civilization. Founder of Hexcal, Edward H. Luke, envisions a future where desk-based work dominates the landscape in an information and AI-driven age. However, he acknowledges the lack of effective solutions to address the multitude of challenges faced by desk workers, including mental and physical health issues. These issues not only burden individuals but also significantly impede performance and hinder the creativity necessary for societal evolution.

At Hexcal, our commitment to innovation extends beyond technology to the realm of design. We firmly believe that exceptional product design and aesthetics play a crucial role in creating workspaces that inspire productivity, foster creativity, and elevate the overall user experience. Our design philosophy is anchored in four fundamental principles that shape every facet of our product development process: Seamless Integration of Form and Function, Reasoning Design Engineering, Timeless Elegance and Enduring Durability, and User-Centric Approach.

Our design philosophy serves as the driving force behind our commitment to redefining the future of workspaces. By seamlessly integrating form and function, embracing minimalism and simplicity, prioritizing timeless elegance and enduring durability, and adopting a user-centric approach, we are dedicated to creating products that transcend expectations and empower individuals to reach their full potential.

In Hexcal’s view, protecting our Earth, our only home, is not merely an obligation but an opportunity to restore the symbiotic relationship between humanity and the planet we inhabit. By doing so, both can “live long and prosper.” Hexcal envisions a future where sustainable practices and responsible consumption become second nature, safeguarding our world for future generations. As a company committed to environmental responsibility, Hexcal invites individuals, corporations, and communities to join them on this transformative journey towards timeless sustainability. Together, we can build a better future, one that embraces the No Product Future, reduces waste, and paves the way for a harmonious coexistence between humanity and the planet we call home.
