Located on Level 40 of the landmark Harry Seidler luxury residential building constructed in 1998, this largest single level apartment in Sydney offers one of the best views of the harbour and surrounding iconic landmarks.

Cote d’Azure marble and Herringbone Oak floors feature throughout the three separate living areas, one with a fireplace, as well as a separate media room. The main suite enjoys his-and-hers distinct sections in the dressing room including bespoke felt-lined jewellery and accessory drawers.

Polished plaster brings depth to the walls and provides texture and warmth to the interiors throughout, along with the inclusion of brass tapware. The sophisticated home automation system includes keyless entry and facial recognition, with entry to the apartment through a lavish marble and brass private lift lobby.
