Interview: Marusya Boycheva
Luca Curci talks with Marusya Boycheva during the 15th Edition of VENICE INTERNATIONAL ART FAIR 2022, at Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello.

My new world is art. Just as the universe is vast, and every artist through art expresses his world – his soul. For many years I was devoted to marketing and sales. But from March 2018 the world changed for me, I began to paint quite spontaneously and intuitively. In 2019, I made my choice and gave myself entirely to art. In search of answers, research has been done on this phenomenon with me. They examined me and my paintings by loading water and examining under a microscope to change the structure of the water. In August 2021 I am certified by the Research Center for Medical Biophysics (SRCMB) in Sofia, Bulgaria. And in September 2021, a new study was done – a coronal spectral analysis of an impact on the biofield of a person in my picture. The research was carried out by the Research Center for Medical Biophysics (SRCMB), Sofia, Bulgaria – 09/2021. It is a great honor and challenge to participate in your initiative. My personal motto is: “The world of creations, creations in the world – let us be noticed.”

Luca Curci – What is art for you?
Marusya Boycheva – For me, art is a wonderful experience for my soul. If I can put it into words, art to me is light, energy, peace, balance, harmony, love, health, happiness… As I draw time for me, it stops and I move on to another dimension.

LC – What’s your background? What is the experience that has influenced your work the most?
MB – I, as an intuitive author of contemporary art paintings or paintings of the future, cannot determine the curves and colors that are created by my hand. I’m self-science, and every touch and choice of brush or color is under meditative intuitive impact. I only start painting when the energy wave takes over me, in solitude with brushes and paints.

LC – Where do you find your inspiration?
MB – My inspiration is global, I find it in the eyes of every person, in birds, nature, rivers, sky, stars. Everything is extraordinary and needs the support of light and love. When I confirm my paintings, I have the desire to do charity and social policy in parallel. So far I have participated in three charity exhibitions in Bulgaria.

LC – How is your creative process?
MB – My creative process begins and ends spontaneously, intuitively. Sometimes I paint for days.

LC – Do you use art to express something in particular? Is it your medium of expression?
MB – I want the world to be a good place for everyone. Drawing for me is love and passion – a conversation with the universe. For me, it’s the dance of the soul.

LC – What do you think about the concept of this exhibition? How did it inspire you?
MB – Your initiatives are the unique opportunity for the artist to present himself to the public. I saw a positive and bright environment and good people.

LC – What is the message linked to the artwork you have shown in this event? How is it connected to the theme of the entire exhibition?
MB – My message is that everything is relative and continuum time – space is outside man. That the universe is of energy frequencies converted into colors and curves. Everything moves and transforms. It changes its condition to another form.

LC – Do you think ITSLIQUID GROUP can represent an opportunity for artists?
MB – Of course. Every emerging artist needs support from the likes of you. I believe that every single artist will find an audience through which to unleash their potential for creativity.

LC – What do you think about ITSLIQUID Platform?
MB – You are a very flexible and positive platform. Honesty and good communication made me trust you and be a part of everything. I’m glad to be a part of this exhibition. As for your future projects.
