“It’s LIQUID International Contest First Edition” Winners’ Exhibition

On the 3rd of May and in cooperation with It’s LIQUID Group, Rearte Gallery likes to invite you and your friends to the exhibition of It’s LIQUID International Contest – First Edition 2012 Winners.

The participating winners are Claude Jones from Australia (painting category), Strijdom van der Merwe from South Africa (sculpture and installation category), Tetsugo Hyakutake from Japan (photography category) and Yuko Asai from Japan (video art). Their artworks will be hosted in a group exhibition at the Rearte Gallery in Vienna.

“Exhibiting the artworks created by the talented participant artists in our Gallery coop with the main idea behind this private initiative in order to provide opportunities for known and unknown artists from Austria and Internationally, to present themselves in an exclusive and representative atmosphere” said Abd A. Masoud the director of Rearte Gallery.

Its object is to use new technologies to globalize the language of art, to connect the conceptual points of contact of artists working in every part of the world, all united in the thick plot of the world net. From painting to sculpture, from photography to digital art, all the way to video art the work is all manifestation of one will: to communicate through art, a language that transcends the boundaries of language and all political and geographical barriers and unites all religions and all peoples.
