The fourth edition of Les Journées Particulières by LVMH will take place on October 12, 13 and 14, 2018.
Inaugurated in 2011, Les Journées Particulières is an event, at the initiative of Antoine Arnault, which showcases the range of savoir faire and trades of each LVMH Group House.
This world-exclusive event celebrates artisanal excellence as it is passed down from generation to generation, and our Houses’ unique heritage.

The program centers on the five senses to showcase the savoir-faire and creativity of our artisans, along with the architectural and cultural heritage of LVMH houses. You will be able to stroll freely through historical estates and mansions, salons, wine cellars, workshops and boutiques to view exhibitions and attend conferences and demonstrations.
Each venue will offer a unique and original tour, organised by the host House.
The event has been designed to ensure a sensory and immersive experience for visitors with a wide range of do-it-yourself workshops run by artisans, and exclusive master classes with LVMH Group experts, designers and key art figures.

El Anatsui: Triumphant scale

Art | September 17, 2020

El Anatsui is one of the most important contemporary artists of his generation. The Kunstmuseum Bern is mounting the largest exhibition of the work of the Ghanaian artist so far. His sculptures upend traditional categories and reflect the (post-)colonial relationship between Europe, Africa and the New World. The exhibition focuses on the monumentality of El Anatsui's work and encompasses every media in the artist’s prodigious fifty-year career. "We are proud and happy to be able show this truly splendid exhibition. El Anatsui's art leaves no one untouched, and we look forward to the engagement and the encounters that will take place at the Kunstmuseum Bern".
