A return to the origins of the sneaker concept, in terms of quality, comfort, and design, where the firm has focused on materials, care in manufacturing, and the maximum effort and innovation in each of the phases of the creative process.

The collection is inspired by the perfection of nature and its four elements essential to creating models whose compositions are harmonic, simple, and perfectly balanced. A simplicity that starts from the firm’s know-how to refine the designs while maintaining high standards, improving all aspects, and offering differential added value. The commitment to quality and simplicity is manifested in the use of optimized designs with double layer micro midsoles, high-quality fabrics such as suede and manufacturing leather Italian, flower-colored textures, and premium EVA soles like the Vibram are the main characteristics of this collection. This collection presents a substantial improvement of the existing models, expanding the range of colors in line with current trends and taking into account the profile and tastes of our customers.

In line with the values ​​of the brand, as well as with the concept of the collection, the brand continues to assert its environmental commitment under the message #Seedsofchange, which not only gives voice to a continuum of sustainable practices and procedures but also summarizes our contribution to the care and respect of our planet. Under this motto, Mikakus collaborates with ethical and ecological initiatives with the aim of changing the way which people consume fashion through sustainable production. Some of the materials in this collection come from sustainable recycling processes such as the SEAQUAL YARN fabric (made from marine plastic waste) and its recycled template, among others. Likewise, the firm’s packaging materials are 100% recycled.

All items in the current collection are made in certified ethical factories. Only we work with suppliers that guarantee fair working conditions for their staff and they implement sustainable practices that contribute to a more sustainable world. The New Boom Origins are a reinterpretation of MIKAKUS’ first big hit, the multicolor Boom sneaker. Characterized by their originality and presence, they have a new lacing system that gives it a functional approach and a plus of comfort. Its Vibram sole provides cushioning and a good grip on the ground, which provides a sensation of great comfort. The upper part of the multicolor sneaker is enhanced with more details, different shapes, and color combinations. Designed in Italy and made in ethical and sustainable factories in Europe.

The 018 Comet takes inspiration from retro-futuristic running shoes and gets our objective of offering comfort following the latest trend. Mixing the tradition of running shoes from the 70s with volumes and contemporary textures like the Kobe tower architecture. The upper part is made with materials such as textile, suede, nubuck, and leather and has a yellow and white dual layer micro midsole. The spoiler, inspired by the architecture of Kobe, is made of TPU. Its flower tones are reminiscent of fish tropical and make this model an ideal yellow and white sneaker for your outfit in Spring and Summer.

The New Boom G is a reinterpretation of our emblematic sneakers multicolor: the Boom. Thought by and for people with great personalities, they are inspired by Chunky-style sneakers with special emphasis on maximum comfort. Designed on a superlight Vibram EVA sole, they offer a cushioning effect and a good grip on the ground providing greater comfort and an extra sensation of comfort. The multicolor sneakers feature an adjustable lacing system that you can decide to tie behind or ahead. Its different flower tones are inspired by tropical fish.

Inspired by the running shoes of the 70s, the 018 Orange is a retro-futuristic sneaker. They embody our desire to offer comfort by mixing the footwear tradition with contemporary volumes and textures. High-quality materials such as suede, nubuck, and Italian leather complete the upper of the slipper. These orange sneakers have a double-layer micro midsole. White and orange and a TPU spoiler inspired by the architecture of Kobe. The tonality of these flowery orange sneakers is reminiscent of tropical fish and makes this model the ideal shoe for your spring-summer outfit.
