NOOMDOM

NOOMDOM by Tereza Rosalie Kladosova

At a certain point they mix dream and reality, lightness and darkness, fragility and brutality. Fashion designer Tereza Rosalie Kladosova speaks of the mingling between fantasy and real experience with her graduate project “Noomdom”, presented at Czech University Tomas Bata.

NOOMDOM

A palette of contrasting colors, materials and various techniques that freely interact throughout the 10 looks that form the collection. Choosing a combination is like looking into the different souls that pulse inside each of us and finding those that best represent our emotions.

NOOMDOM

The collection is composed of two macro elements: the first is a mood, made of printed fabrics that metaphorically depict the delicate dreamer’s soul of the designer. The other is structural, expressing the crude sensuality of reality.

NOOMDOM

The latter part is composed of pieces in leather, which take on a concrete consistence in contrast with the printed fabrics, stratified through fringes and carving of matter, as displayed in the accessories and jewelry, all rigorously in leather.

NOOMDOM

NOOMDOM is a world full of unexpected. NOOMDOM is thinking in textures in between: reality and fantasy, dream/nightmare, light/dark, fragile/rough, history/future, handicraft and new technologies. NOOMDOM is for daydreamers, which wants to build their own world of reality. For the strong ones which are not afraid to be seen.
