Novoform
Danish design crafted to last, made to keep.

Founded in 2011 by self-taught designer Kristian Jakobsen, Novoform embodies the essence of modern Danish design, characterised by simplicity, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for natural materials.

As a child, Kristian spent countless hours crafting miniature landscapes, building models, and creating abstract drawings. His imagination was fueled by summer camping trips through the vast Swedish forests, the rugged mountains of Norway, and the serene Danish coastline where he grew up. Years later, becoming a father rekindled his creative spirit and inspired him to channel that renewed energy into designing timeless, everyday objects that bring beauty and joy to people’s lives.

What began as a small collection of wooden figurines inspired by traditional Danish design has since evolved into a complete home collection of furniture, lighting, and accessories, all created with a timeless, human touch. Guided by Scandinavian design traditions, Novoform’s aesthetic is calm and understated. Each piece is defined by soft shapes, muted tones, and good, honest materials. The brand’s signature use of FSC®certified wood and natural finishes reflects its belief that sustainable design begins with responsible choices and long-lasting quality.

Each piece is created with longevity in mind. Novoform designs are not made for seasons, but for lifetimes, combining FSC®-certified wood, durable finishes, and subtle color palettes that age gracefully. It’s a sustainable mindset rooted in quality, care, and timeless appeal.
