The strength of PRIMA lies indisputably in unique and personalized products that stand for authenticity and fit the house’s philosophy: the bathrobe matches the towels; the slippers complement the spa bag and every other loving detail that hotel guests need to be comfortable on vacation harmonizes with them as well. However, attention to detail is not only important in the rooms and spa areas, but also at the tables of the restaurants the menus, placemats, glass coasters, napkins, and glass bottles can be individually personalized, adding another special little something to the dining experience.

Sustainability has always been a fundamental issue for PRIMA. In order to offer its clients and their guests a green and ecological bathroom experience, PRIMA is proud to count the renowned cosmetics manufacturer ADA International as one of its strongest cooperation partners. ADA is a pioneer in the hotel cosmetics industry, knows all the formulations of eco-friendly luxury, and focuses on conceptualizing and manufacturing sustainable dispensing systems. The latest addition to ADA’S eco-friendly dispenser collection is called SHAPE: a hygienic and safe dispenser solution with a secured pump lock that prevents germs from entering the interior of the cartridge.

PRIMA is always on the lookout for inspiring products and collaborates with local companies and creative minds to turn innovative ideas into reality. This allows them to satisfy the changing needs of their clientele and keep up with the latest trends in the tourism industry. The conception and creation of the sustainable in-house cosmetics line NOT JUST BODYCARE was a true affair of the heart for PRIMA. These very special bodies and skincare products are totally made in South Tyrol and were developed in close collaboration with the cosmetics manufacturer Piroche Cosmétiques. Based on fresh South Tyrolean mountain spring water, the fine formulas made from local herbs and plants ensure absolute well-being from head to toe.

After the successful launch of the NOT JUST BODYCARE skincare line, the idea for a complementary collection of bathroom accessories soon arose. Together with the South Tyrolean designer Harry Thaler, a stylish, sustainable, and functional series of different accessories for a modern bathroom was created. Using a special Metal-Spinning-technique, the environmentally friendly and long-living aluminum plates are pressed into the desired shapes. The chosen purist and aesthetic design in combination with the deliberate reduction to the essentials and the expressive colors, make the bathroom collection a true eye-catcher.
