ITSLIQUID Group, in collaboration with ACIT Venice – Italian-German Cultural Association, is thrilled to celebrate the opening of VISIONS, which took place on July 17, 2026, at 06:00 PM. As the brilliant third chapter of the ANIMA MUNDI ART FAIR 2026, this exhibition features a selection of more than 100 artists from more than 40 countries worldwide, each bringing a unique energy and vision to the project. Unfolded in the iconic heart of Venice alongside the 61st Venice Biennale, the opening event brought together an enthusiastic global community of art lovers, creating a vibrant room filled with inspiration, energy, and meaningful artistic dialogue.

ANIMA MUNDI is the vital energy that flows through everything, the subtle force that connects all forms of existence, from the natural to the artificial, from the visible to the invisible. It is the living pulse of the world, the rhythm that sustains transformation, coexistence, and renewal. Plato expressed his thoughts about ANIMA MUNDI in the Timaeus, describing the universe – “this world is indeed a living being endowed with a soul and intelligence… a single visible living entity containing all other living entities, which by their nature are all related”.

How does this universal energy manifest itself today? We invited artists, designers, and architects to take part in a collective exploration of ANIMA MUNDI, investigating the subtle correspondences between soul and body, humanity and nature, organic and synthetic worlds, wild landscapes, and urban architectures.

Across this evocative selection of visual voices, contemporary practice unfolds as a continuous dialogue between perception, emotion, and transformation. The journey begins with Danny Johananoff’s photographs, where motion, color, and intuition converge to dissolve the boundaries between reality and sensation. His dreamlike, blurred images capture fleeting encounters across cultures, inviting the viewer into a space of interpretation and resonance. This fluid perception of the world finds a natural echo in Magnus Østermann‘s introspective visual narrative, where photography becomes both refuge and reckoning. Moving between Berlin and Athens, Østermann constructs fragmented, emotionally charged images that trace personal disillusionment and resilience, transforming photography into an act of survival and catharsis.

From this emotional terrain, the exhibition shifts into the luminous practice of Philip Mariaud-Hottentot, whose compositions capture the shifting atmospheres of the southern French coastline, translating light and color into vivid, almost tactile impressions. This engagement with atmosphere and materiality resonates with Adrï Menéghïni‘s dynamic abstractions: rooted in a dual trajectory as physician and artist, Menéghïni constructs layered compositions through gestural techniques and experimental processes, embracing imperfection as a generative force that opens a dialogue with inner landscapes.

This interplay of inner and outer worlds deepens in Andrew Gibbs‘ layered urban narratives, where architecture becomes a vessel for memory and loss; through complex, multi-layered compositions, Gibbs captures the emotional resonance of changing cityscapes, reflecting on the fragile connections between people and the spaces they inhabit. His work finds a conceptual counterpart in Patricia Graham‘s profoundly emotive paintings, where vulnerability and healing take form in expressive, symbolic compositions that merge abstraction and figuration.

Graham’s focus on inner experience and human connection extends naturally into Vladan Marinkovic‘s myth-infused photography, where the timeless search for beauty converges with the construction of the self, where dreamlike scenes question ideals of creation, acceptance, and self-recognition, oscillating between reality and imagination. Finally, Diana Rîmbu‘s introspective practice brings this dialogue to a resonant close, positioning art as a language of the soul: in her emotionally charged compositions, inspired by human connection and inner landscapes, Diana invites viewers to look beyond the visible and engage with deeper, intuitive meanings, offering moments of reflection, healing, and quiet revelation.

Together, these diverse practices form an intricate and immersive journey, where photography, painting, and mixed media converge to explore the delicate balance between inner worlds and external realities-revealing art as a powerful space of transformation, connection, and shared human experience.
