ITSLIQUID Group is pleased to announce the solo exhibition “Sculpting My Universe” by Spanish artist Blanca Martí, curated by Luca Curci, that will open on December 12, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello in Venice (click here to book your ticket), on the occasion of the 23rd edition of the VENICE INTERNATIONAL ART FAIR 2025. The exhibition will be open until December 22, 2025.

With “Sculpting My Universe”, Blanca Martí invites the audience on an inner and cosmic journey, where matter becomes language and creation takes the form of a spiritual act. Nature is her primary source of inspiration: a place of truth, emotion, and metamorphosis.

“My source of inspiration is nature and feelings without justification. In it, I capture sensations, dreams… The encounter of the earth with the cosmos, the infinite. Water, sand, light, fire, and metal are always an important part of my work…”

These words encapsulate the poetics that animate her entire artistic production: water, sand, light, fire, and metal become living presences, witnesses to the cycles of nature and the vibrations of the human soul. Through a language that combines painting and matter, Martí shapes universes suspended between earth and cosmos, transforming sensations and dreams into tangible forms capable of offering the viewer an amplified experience of reality. In this series, the pictorial gesture becomes a sculptural act, a way to give form to the formless. Each work becomes a sculpture of the invisible, a fragment of the artist’s personal universe expanding into the exhibition space as pure energy. Her vision is instinctive and poetic, rejecting rational justification and embracing intuition, emotion, and silence. The result is a constellation of breathing works, vibrations of light and matter that narrate humanity’s desire to rediscover harmony within the vastness of the cosmos.

This series reveals a subtle balance between dynamism and harmony, between material strength and chromatic lightness. The surfaces, shaped by fluid gestures and layers of materials, evoke inner landscapes where time is suspended and light becomes substance. Martí’s long experience in the world of fashion taught her to translate form and movement into visual signs: if art once lived within her garments, today it manifests on the canvas with the same creative intensity. Each work is an autobiographical fragment, an emotion fixed in matter, an intimate and universal dialogue between artist and viewer. The exhibition guides visitors through a contemplative dimension, where painting becomes both a physical and spiritual experience. Blanca Martí’s works do not represent nature: they are nature itself – energy, regeneration, and light.

Blanca Martí – About
Blanca Martí is a self-taught Spanish artist, born and based in Valencia, Spain. After several years in the world of fashion design, she decided to fully devote herself to painting, her most authentic passion. Before pursuing an artistic career, she worked for many years in fashion design, a background that has significantly influenced her aesthetic and visual approach. Her art reflects personal stories, dreams, sensations, and memories, often expressed through a material and gestural language that transforms lived experience into visual poetry. Since 2017, the year of her first exhibition, her works, previously held in private collections, have begun to be shown in international contexts. Self-taught and deeply intuitive, Martí discovered painting through color and texture, which she considers tools for connecting the sensory and spiritual experience. Her long experience in fashion design left a strong mark on her artistic practice, visible in her attention to detail, composition, and the aesthetic tension of her surfaces.Today, Blanca Martí continues to explore the boundaries between painting and sculpture, between sensation and form, creating works that speak of life, energy, and universal connection.
