Senz – Stormproof excellence

Senz creates a smooth commute with its premium weatherproof products. Did you know that 1.100.000.000 traditional umbrellas are thrown away each year? Simply because they are not designed to withstand even the smallest wind gust. “I like to struggle with my umbrella”, said no one ever. Now, the era of inconvenient disposable products is over. Born in the storm, this Dutch team designed the innovative high-quality Senz umbrella, which embodies storm proof excellence. The patented aerodynamic shape of this storm umbrella acts similar to a wing, allowing the umbrella to withstand stormy winds.

They maxed them out in wind tunnels, took rides on motorcycles, and even jumped out of airplanes! All Senz umbrellas float on the wind, which makes them light and easy to hold, so that you can love your journey wherever you go. They are proud to have won all major design awards but what they are even more proud of is having Senz fans all over the world supporting the battle against waste, by choosing a truly sustainable product. In today’s society, we tend to rush to wherever we go and we have ever-increasing standards regarding our lifestyle. Senz provides a carefree commute for the Urban Commuter around the globe with a unique, stylish look and a connected lifestyle.

They have a timeless, classic collection, which will never be out of style. For those who like to stand out more: every year they launch a special design, which is sometimes in collaboration with another brand, so they can keep surprising you. This fall in 2020 they will be launching a limited edition collection Elegance, which embraces the beauty and mystery of colour contrasts. Inspired by magical moments in life, each of their Elegance designs writes its own story. From romantic dotted designs to vibrant and more bold looks, they seek to inspire and bring confidence to every modern globetrotter out there. Bring a spark of glamour to your day with the very latest Senz storm umbrella collection which exudes both a modern allure and a timeless sensibility.

Senz is a premium lifestyle design brand, founded in 2006 by three students from the Technical University in Delft, Netherlands. It was personal frustration of traditional round umbrellas, which invariably flip inside out in strong winds, which led to the ingenious invention of the Senz Original storm umbrella. By understanding the laws of aerodynamics and using high grade materials, Senz created an umbrella that can withstand any weather, even stormy winds of up to 100km/h.
