“SINIESTRO”, the inspiration of this collection was how the Romanticism retakes the Gothic and transforms it with a darker and gloomy essence, but without losing that touch of elegance.

The concept is inspired by novels like Frankenstein, Dracula, the literature of Edgar Allan Poe, then bring all this to nowadays and merge it to the Contemporary Gothic with inspirations as film director Tim Burton, horror photographer Joshua Hoffine and gloomy painter Mark Ryden.

Rossana González Alcubierre was born on August 7th, 1989 in México city, she studied Fashion Design at the University of CENTRO de Diseño, Cine y Televisión in the same place where she was born. In the year 2011 she went to Barcelona, Spain to enrich her Fashion Design studies for one year at the Instituto Europeo Di Design, then she came back to México city were she finalized her studies.
