The vision for the 256,800m² development is to establish a new lifestyle centre for Kunming, becoming the ultimate destination. Featuring human-scale retail streetscape designed to encourage exploration and interaction, it will create a central gathering place for the region throughout the seasons. Inspired by the natural form and landscape of a green valley, the site will have a sustainable community, continuous connectivity and an environmentally friendly atmosphere married with mixed-use components such as offices, retail, residential and supporting facilities.

“We are excited to be working on this design,” says Director Jean Weng. “This is a significant project and will help to position Kunming as the centre of the South Asia region.” “Gemdale is a progressive organisation, focused on sustainable development, value-creation and innovation. They have embraced our design scheme for these factors and we have been working collaboratively to bring this landmark lifestyle development to the community.”
